About Dr. Mech

Dr. Arnold Mech is a neuropsychiatric provider with more than 30 years of clinical experience in evaluating and treating complex mental health conditions. He has worked extensively with individuals whose symptoms require deeper clinical evaluation beyond standard approaches.

His practice is based on the understanding that mental health is closely connected to brain function, physical health, and environmental influences. Rather than viewing symptoms in isolation, he considers how these systems interact to affect emotional and cognitive functioning.

He has particular experience working with individuals who have not achieved adequate improvement with prior treatments. In these cases, his approach focuses on reassessment, identifying contributing factors, and developing individualized treatment strategies.
